Welcome to Cluj-Napoca and to the Annual ECSHRM Conference 2025 !
VENUE
The conference is hosted in the main campus of the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca (USAMV), Romania. The campus is located on Calea Mănăștur street, no. 3–5, right across from the Platinia shopping center, very close to the city center. Our campus is spacious and full of greenery, we hope for good weather so you can fully enjoy the conference experience in Cluj.
From the city center, one can reach the campus in about 20 minutes walking or in less than 10 minutes by bus or trolleybus (nr. 6, 7, 9, 24, 25, 28). A local transport ticket costs 6 Ron (about 1,5 Euro).
Due to issues with the bridge crossing the stream that leads to the Red Amphitheatre building (the conference venue), access to the event will be through a different gate, not the main entrance as originally planned.
Detailed information is provided below:
- The main entrance is marked with a red circle.
- Since the bridge shown in the image above is currently inaccessible, please use the entrance located slightly further up the road, just after the bus stop and the yellow building, as illustrated in the following image by the blue arrow.
As a landmark, look for the large building with the “USAMV” sign and the university logo.
Once inside the campus, the Red Amphitheatre (the conference venue) is located on the ground floor of the building. The entrance is through the door marked with a red circle. If this door happens to be locked (which sometimes occurs), you can enter the building from the opposite side, as indicated in the image below.
To get to lunch (Biodiversity building), we will need to exit the campus through the same gate we entered and then enter through the main entrance.
