Instructions for presenters
Oral presentations & Speakers!
We request that you please send your presentations as a Microsoft Powerpoint file to [email protected] by 12pm Tuesday 3rd of June.
The duration of the oral presentation is 10 min, in PPT format. The questions will be addressed at the end of each session!
The conference rooms will be equipped with projectors and computers. Internet access will be available at all times during the conference.
In case the oral presentation does not take place, they will inform in due time the Organizing Committee !
Posters
The posters will be fixed in the main hall, right next to the Red Amphitheater. Fixings will be provided.
We request that posters are in portrait A0 format (portrait). Please bring your own poster printed to the session. No specific template required.
