PAYMENT INFORMATION & DETAILS

The registration process is now closed. The traditional gala dinner and the post-conference tour are fully booked!

Option B	– Registration fee – Traditional gala dinner and guided city tour (day 1)	210 €
Option C	– Registration fee – Post-conference tour† (day 3) (without gala dinner from day1)	250 €
Option D	Everything is included – Registration fee – Traditional gala dinner + guided city tour (day 1) – Post-conference tour† (day 3)	320 €

• * Lunches are included in the Registration fee (regardless of the option selected)
• † Lunch and dinner are included in the post-conference fee. Please note that the places are limited!! (max. 50)

INVOICE DETAILS

If you need an invoice for your payment, please send an email to [email protected] with the title “Name of the participant – ECSRHM invoice”, including the following information:  

• Full name of the participant
• Email address
• Affiliation (Institution name)
• Institution address
• Fiscal code / VAT number
• Other observations

Regardless of the package chosen, on the invoice will appear : 

Registration fee for the Annual ECSRHM Conference, 4-5th of June 2025, for “name of participant” !

 🇷🇴 Information for Romanian participants:

Taxa de înregistrare*: 700 RON (500 RON* pentru participanții din USAMV Cluj-Napoca)

Dacă doriți factură, vă rog să verificați informațiile de mai sus (Invoice details), cu mențiunea că pentru participanții din România doar opțiunea A mai este valabilă.
